Local MySQL Connection Blocked To Server
Problem:
I get the following database connection error:Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Host 'host#.Justhost.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home#/username/ on line # Unable to select databaseIn phpMyAdmin "flush hosts" results in the error:#1227 - Access denied; you need the RELOAD privilege for this operation
Solution:
If the connection script resides on the Just Host server, please change the hostname to localhost.If the connection script is making a remote connection to our server and you are using the domain.com as the hostname, please try the server's hostname such as host#.Justhost.com or server's IP. To determine either of these two, log into the cPanel to view the information in the Stats box on left side.
