How to Update Your Contact Information

Contact information will be managed through your Profile.

Accessing your Profile

Bluerock Accounts:
  1. Login to your Just Host Control Panel.
  2. Click the Account icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Click the Profile option from the drop-down menu that appears.
Legacy Accounts:
  1. Login to your Just Host Control Panel.
  2. Click the Account tab.
  3. Click the Profile button.

From your Profile, you can update your name, street address, phone number, and email address.

To update your name:

  1. Under the Contact Information section enter the new first and last name.
  2. Select Update.

To update your physical address:

  1. Under the Contact Information section enter the address, city, state, country, and zip code.
  2. Select Update.

To update your contact number:

  1. Under the Contact Information section enter the new phone number.
  2. Select Update.

Phone numbers should be formatted as shown: +1.2345678910

To update your contact email address:

  1. Under the Contact Information section enter the new email address.
  2. Select Update.

We recommended that you use an email address that is not associated with a domain on your hosting account.
